Complete your online loan application or contact us so we can walk you through the application. Review the requested items on your loan application confirmation.  These items are necessary to continue processing your loan request.  Once a loan consultant is assigned to your request, an e-mail address or fax number will be provided to deliver the requested documentation. A personal loan consultant will be assigned to your file and will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your information, discuss your loan application and send out initial disclosures specifying rate, terms and fees associated with obtaining financing. Although our in-house valuation department will adequately determine the valuation of your home, we will order an appraisal that will be paid through the closing of your loan.  You will not have to incur any upfront costs. Once your loan application has received final loan approval, we’ll send a notary public to your home or office to sign the closing documents. Congratulations!  The loan process is complete and the loan proceeds will be disbursed within 48 hours after your loan is closed.
