Bridgelock Capital is the NextGEN Subprime lender providing fast, flexible, asset-based lending (aka: hard money lender) for borrowers and/or properties that do not meet conventional underwriting guidelines. As a direct lender, we are able to make quick investment decisions, translating to fast closings and satisfied borrowers for commercial, residential and specialty financing solutions.

The executive team behind the scenes at Bridgelock Capital have been providing portfolio loan products since 1972. As a respectable hard money lender, our loan products provide financing liquidity for non-conforming loans and homeowners going through financial hardship. By incorporating technology, experience and autonomy, we can ensure each transaction is successfully completed in a timely manner.

EXECUTIVE TEAM

Gil Priel
Chief Executive Officer | Co-Founder

Priel began his 30-year real estate career in investments and development by privately funding a group of commercial and real estate acquisitions in the Los Angeles area. In 1980, Priel was appointed Vice President of Gor Construction and Development. Ten years later, Priel joined forces with Eli Tene to build a platform of companies known as the Corporate Network Platform which is a one-stop-shop of various real estate services. Priel received his B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Northridge and holds a Law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.

Eli Tene
Sr. Executive Vice President | Co-Founder

Tene is specialized in commercial joint ventures, foreclosures, residential and commercial real estate, financing, loss mitigation and the upgrading of distressed properties. Throughout his varied career, Tene has negotiated over 1,000 short sale transactions and is highly specialized in REOs, as well as residential and commercial investments. Tene received his education at California State University, Northridge.

Jeff Simon
Chief Operating Officer

Simon began his 18-year real estate career managing a Los Angeles Escrow Company. Since joining Peak Finance Company in 1994, he has specialized in analyzing residential and commercial transactions. As the company developed, Simon gained solid expertise in distressed residential and commercial financing and assisted in generating large demand for the creative solutions that Peak Finance offers. Simon later spearheaded the hard money and bridge loan arm to further assist commercial investors, developers and private individuals in obtaining quick financing for their residential homes or commercial projects.
