We currently have openings for the following positions:

• Processing Supervisor: 3+ years experience processing mortgage loan documentation which includes reviewing loan applications, credit reports, property appraisals and financial statements to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulatory requirements prior to funding.
• Outside Account Executives: Seeking experienced wholesale account executives who want to take their careers to the next level. You will be involved in all aspects of obtaining new mortgage broker clients via external sales calls, client visits, direct marketing campaigns, tradeshows and speaking events. Strong candidates will be comfortable with technology, multi-tasking, and managing multiple accounts on a daily basis.
• Underwriter: 3+ years experience as a sub prime and/or hard money wholesale underwriter. Strong candidates will be comfortable multi-tasking and incorporating technology into their everyday work environment.
• Docs: 2+ years experience as a doc drawer with a variety of loan product knowledge.
• Shipper/Processor: 2+ years experience in the funding and/or shipping department. Responsibilities include scanning, archiving, shipping and continuous interaction with key investors/vendors.
